Authentic Therapy for Real-Life Challenges

Hello, and welcome. I'm truly glad you've taken this step to improve your life. Whether you’re here to explore new perspectives, heal from past traumas, or develop strategies for navigating challenges, I’m committed to supporting you every step of the way. My work centers around you—your goals, your growth, and your well-being. Together, we’ll focus on understanding your unique situation, exploring ways to navigate difficulties, and ultimately helping you achieve the emotional balance and peace you deserve. Whether it’s coping with grief, trauma, anxiety, or life transitions, I’m here to listen, guide, and help you rediscover your strength.

My Approach to Your Well-Being

With over 20 years in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working with all kinds of people, using a variety of techniques that actually work. But here’s the thing—therapy is less about the fancy techniques and more about the connection we build. Whether you’re in sweatpants, have a cup of coffee in hand, or your dog is making a guest appearance, you're welcome just as you are. And in return, I’ll show up as my authentic self—maybe in a hoodie, maybe with one of my dogs in the background too, but always with empathy.

Thanks to confidential telehealth sessions, you can meet with me from your couch or your favorite chair. My approach is straightforward, compassionate, and designed to fit your unique needs—because your story is one of a kind, and your victories will be too.

Let’s take this journey together and work toward creating the life you want, one step at a time.

Mental illnesses can affect people of any age, race, religion, or income. A mental illness is a medical condition that disrupts a person’s thinking, feeling, mood, and ability to relate to others and daily functioning. You don’t have to suffer in silence. Self-Pay for Therapy That Puts You First

By offering self-pay, I can provide more personalized care without insurance dictating the terms. This means more privacy, freedom, and flexibility in how we approach your treatment—so you get the best experience possible.

  • Why Privacy Matters: When you use insurance, I’m required to submit a diagnosis that becomes part of your medical record, which could be accessed by other providers. With self-pay, your personal information stays between us, protecting your privacy.

  • More Freedom for You: Insurance companies tend to put a lot of restrictions on treatment—how long we can meet, how many sessions you can have, and even what gets covered based on a diagnosis. With self-pay, we have the freedom to focus on what’s best for you. Whether it’s meeting via video, taking extra time when needed, or including family members in sessions, self-pay lets us create a treatment plan that truly fits your needs, without the red tape.

Let’s keep things simple, flexible, and focused on you.
