What to Expect When You Reach Out

  1. You fill out the form. I reply personally. Your message comes directly to me, not to an intake coordinator or a call center. I respond within one business day, usually sooner. If email feels like too much today, you can call or text (816) 572-3845 instead.

  2. We have a free 15-minute conversation. No paperwork, no commitment and nothing to prepare. You tell me a little about what's going on, ask me anything you want and get a feel for whether I'm the right person. If I'm not the best fit for what you need, I'll say so and point you toward someone who is.

  3. If it feels right, we schedule your first session. Everything is online: a couple of simple forms through my secure client portal, then a video session from wherever you're comfortable. Most people are surprised how normal it feels within the first ten minutes.

Begin Your Healing Journey

When you’re facing grief, trauma, or overwhelming life changes, it’s easy to feel weighed down and unsure of your next step. The pain can leave you exhausted and disconnected, searching for a way to feel grounded again.

As a female therapist, I offer compassionate, trauma-informed care that helps clients feel safe and understood. Through a secure, confidential telehealth platform, we can connect from the comfort of your own home—no commute, no waiting room, just space to breathe and begin healing.

Together, we’ll process the heavy emotions that come with loss and trauma, explore new perspectives, and build practical tools for lasting emotional balance. Many clients find that EMDR therapy helps them reprocess painful experiences and reclaim a sense of peace and control.
